Febin Mathew Varghese is a co-founder of F&D Legal, bringing over 13 years of diverse legal experience. Specializing in Dispute & Resolution, arbitration, mining, and banking, Febin has successfully executed awards and decrees, including foreign decrees worth INR 150 million in India. His dedication to delivering exceptional legal solutions has made him a trusted advisor to numerous clients.
Febin Mathew Varghese

Dhiraj Abraham Philip, is an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India and co-founder of F&D Legal Chamber.
Possessing more than twelve years of experience at the Bar, he regularly represents clients in commercial disputes before various Courts. Till date, he has successfully secured Foreign and Domestic Court decrees worth INR 150 million.
Dhiraj frequently advises trusts, societies and educational institutions on statutory compliances and specializes in formulating strategies for effective dispute resolution.
Formerly a Partner at Dua Associates, Dhiraj holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Delhi and a Masters in International Commercial Arbitration, for which he secured the Gold Medal for academic excellence.
Dhiraj graduated in Philosophy (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and completed his Higher Secondary from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
